Commissions
Reservation Deposit
A $500.00 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission slot. No work begins until this deposit is received.
The deposit reserves the artist’s time, scheduling space, and creative availability.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
You are booking studio time, not purchasing a guaranteed outcome based on personal preference
Final artwork reflects the artist’s interpretation of the provided concept
The client receives ownership of the physical original artwork only
No reproduction, licensing, or commercial usage rights are transferred
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
Deposit Policy
If a client cancels before work begins, the deposit is non-refundable but may be issued as studio credit at the artist’s sole discretion.
Once work begins, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Creative Process
All commissions are created in the artist’s unique style. By commissioning, the client agrees that composition, colour, design, and artistic interpretation are at the sole discretion of the artist.
Revisions
Minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion prior to final completion.
Major changes, concept changes, or direction changes may be declined or subject to additional fees based on scope.
Refunds
No refunds are issued based on personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction, or expectation mismatch once work has begun.
Copyright & Usage
The artist retains full copyright and all reproduction rights.
Clients receive a personal-use licence for the physical artwork only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The artist reserves the right to display, reproduce, publish, and sell the artwork, including prints or derivatives, unless exclusivity is purchased separately.
Client References
Clients must ensure they have the legal right or permission to use any reference material provided.
The artist is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from client-supplied content.
Agreement
By purchasing a Commission Reservation Ticket, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Commission Terms & Conditions.
