Returns & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Pictures by Stephanie.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on the artwork type and order volume.

Our processing times can be found within the products description. Fine Art Prints are processed within 14 business days. Original works can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to prepare.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping

We ship within Canada and to select international locations.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or weather-related disruptions. 

Please allow 10-20 business days for travel time depending on your location.  Please note that for some countries, parcels arriving from Canada can take an additional 15 days to process through customs clearance and may be subject to custom fees.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Originals vs Prints

Original paintings are packaged with extra care and may require additional handling time due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

Prints are produced and shipped through in-house production.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of original artwork and printed products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assess the issue. Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery.
